Terms of use
Last updated 26 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Lavakumar Mudduluru, sole proprietor, trading as PanchaPath (“PanchaPath”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them. Please also read our privacy policy.
1. What PanchaPath is — and isn't
PanchaPath offers self-guided personal-development material across five pillars, and optional coaching from independent coaches we have vetted.
PanchaPath is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and is not a substitute for them. If you are in distress or at risk, contact a qualified professional or call Tele-MANAS on 14416.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at hello@panchapath.com straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Beta
PanchaPath is currently in beta. Every plan is free during the beta and you will not be charged. Features may change, and there may be interruptions. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any paid plan begins, and you will only be charged if you choose to continue.
4. Plans and payment
Once paid plans begin, prices are shown in Indian rupees including GST. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Upgrades, downgrades, cancellations and refunds follow our billing policy, which we will publish before charging begins.
5. Coaching
- Coaches are independent professionals, not our employees. We check their credentials for each pillar before matching them with you.
- A coach sees only the pillars they are assigned to you for.
- You can ask for a different coach at any time by emailing hello@panchapath.com.
- Treat coaches with respect. We may end a coaching relationship, or your account, for abusive behaviour.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- use PanchaPath for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone;
- try to access other people's data or break the service's security;
- copy, resell or republish our programme material;
- contact coaches to arrange paid work outside PanchaPath while you are matched through us.
7. Content and third-party assessments
The PanchaPath name, programme text and workbooks belong to us. Your own entries belong to you; you allow us to store and process them only to provide the service.
Some pillars refer to assessments owned by others, including the VIA Survey, CliftonStrengths, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and DISC. You take those assessments on their owners’ own sites and enter your results here. They are trademarks of their respective owners, who do not endorse PanchaPath.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
9. Liability
We provide PanchaPath with reasonable care and skill, but we can’t promise particular results from the programme or coaching. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we can’t, the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects you materially, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect.
